The 27-day Solar Rotation Cycle and Human Creativity. Part 2.

This paper extends the previous one which has the title: Longevity, creativity and the 27-day solar rotation cycle Part 1 by considering the Gauquelin data on planetary effects among eminent people and finds evidence that these may be mediated by Solar activity through the 27-day Solar Rotation Cycle.

It also introduces a novel method assessing the strength of the Schwabe (Sunspot) Cycle, using the 45-year heliocentric conjunction cycle of Saturn and Uranus after calibrating it using suspot data from the Belgian Royal Observatory website. This method is not only simple and rapid to use and amenable to statistical evaluation, but importantly it allows the 4 peaks of solar activity within the Saturn-Uranus cycle to be observed. Variations in amplitudes, especially possible 22.2-year cycles can be observed without separate testing.
